Early Pay Discount
Members may pay in full by March 15th to receive discounted rate. Dues paid after March 15th will be full rate, paid monthly from April through November.
New Member Initiation Fee
A one time $1,500.00 per membership initiation fee is required. The initiation fee may be amortized over a 5 year period. A payment of $300.00 for each of the first 5 years. In year 6 if membership dues have been paid consecutively for 5 years at full membership rates 1/2 of the initiation will be returned in the form of a credit to be applied towards membership dues in year 6.
Ala Carte Options
Cedar Creek Golf Membership Fees include GOLF ONLY. Our philosophy is to allow our Members to pick the options desired at an additional fee. Different members have different needs and we set our business model to fit each individual. We do not have any food & beverage minimums or capital assessments.
The following are the optional amenities offered at an additional fee:
- 18 Hole Golf Cart: $18.96 per person plus tax
- 9 Hole Golf Cart: $12.33 per person plus tax
- Unlimited Cart Usage: $1,275 plus tax. Add-On same Membership $825
- Pre-paid 25 Carts: $437.50 plus tax
- Pre-paid 50 Carts: $850.00 plus tax
- Range Yearly: $295 plus tax. Add-on same Membership $115
- Club Storage: $130 plus tax per person
- USGA Handicap: $35 plus tax per person
- Member Recruitment Credit: $200
All membership rates are subject to 5.5% Wisconsin sales tax.
